Before we release a product, we may have tested tens of processors from that range to determine which models are the right fit for our client’s needs. Blackcore R&D saves our clients hundreds of hours of internal testing every year. Outside of the hardware experience, we work in close partnership with clients to scope, configure, and deliver servers tailored to their specific workloads and deployment needs so that when it arrives in the data center it’s seamlessly onboarded into their environment. Our long-term client relationships ensure firms maintain a competitive edge in rapidly evolving markets while also aligning with supply needs and challenges. This includes engaging in planning process with our key clients and managing supply challenges to ensure we can deliver quickly from pre-built inventory in line with their business needs.

Our industry-leading 2-Year Box Swap Warranty offers direct access to the dedicated support and technical teams who will investigate the issue at hand and determine the right solution, this support & warranty package comes as standard with all servers. Our teams will leverage troubleshooting tools to understand the cause of the issue. In the event of a hardware failure under warranty, we will send a fully tested replacement server direct to site. Once the unit is swapped over by remote hands, the original server is then returned to us using a prepaid shipping label. We respect the high-response time often needed by trading firms and offer programs to allow clients to self-spare for environments where rapid response is key. We also work with strategic partners around the world who are equipped to support clients locally in locations that are typically difficult for hardware procurement such as India, Korea, Taiwan, and Brazil. This provides 2 years of assurance that in the unlikely event of an issue occurring, it will be identified and resolved quickly.
