Support & Maintenance

Our industry-leading 2-Year Box Swap Warranty offers full access to the dedicated support and technical teams who will investigate the issue at hand and determine the right solution – this support/warranty package comes as standard with all systems. This provides 2 years of reassurance that in the unlikely event of an issue occurring, it will be identified and resolved quickly. Nine out of ten times, issues can be resolved remotely — however, when a Box Swap replacement is required, our team will send a new unit, including a return label, and arrange the collection of the suspect unit. A dedicated support and logistics team is available to ensure our clients’ trading strategies run smoothly on our systems at all times.
