End of Sale & End of Life Policy

Blackcore products will naturally become End-of-Life as newer platforms and technology become available. Blackcore will provide End-of-Sale notices prior to this to ensure clients can manage and plan their deployment lifecycles.
End-of-Sale (EoS) announcements will be communicated 3 months prior to the last day to order the product. This will be communicated via an article posted on Blackcore’s website. Where possible an email notification will also be sent.
- End-Of-Life will be marked by 2 years after the End-of-Sale date.
- Any product purchased prior to End-of-Sale will continue to have full warranty coverage for the standard contracted period of 2 years from date of sale.
- New firmware features and bugfixes won’t be added after the End-Of-Sale period.
- Firmware security patches will be provided until End-of-Life of product.
