- Our Story
Standard Box Swap Warranty
Our industry-leading 2-Year Box Swap Warranty offers direct access to the dedicated support and technical teams who will investigate the issue at hand and determine the right solution – this support & warranty package comes as standard with all servers.
Our teams will work with end-users to leverage troubleshooting tools to understand the cause of the issue. In the event of a hardware failure under warranty, we will manufacture and send a fully tested replacement server direct to site. Once the unit is swapped over by remote hands, the original server is then returned to us using a prepaid shipping label.
We also work with strategic partners around the world who are equipped to support clients locally in locations that are typically difficult for hardware procurement, such as India, Korea, Taiwan, and Brazil.
This provides 2 years of assurance that in the unlikely event of an issue occurring, it will be identified and resolved quickly. All shipping costs are covered as part of this warranty service. Blackcore does not accept liability for any devices returned using alternative packaging.
Rapid Response Box Swap Warranty
We respect the high-response time often needed by trading firms and offer commercial incentive programs to allow clients to self-spare for environments where rapid response is key. This service contains all the benefits of the Standard Box Swap Warranty but, in addition, places the full chain of diagnostics and replacement in the client’s domain for an immediate response. The faulty unit can then be backfilled within the terms of Blackcore Standard Box Swap Warranty.
Fast Ship Box Swap Warranty
In scenarios where clients require a replacement unit to be shipped immediately upon confirmation of a fault, we provide commercial incentive programs where units pre-built to client specification can be held at Blackcore distribution centers for pre-shipment testing, configuration, and validation, then dispatched to the client within a 48-hour window.

The REGEN Service
The REGEN Service was designed to allow clients to trade-in servers that are coming close to the end of their useful life. When your Blackcore units are reaching the end of their two-year guaranteed Box Swap Warranty, your account manager will notify you, and you have the option for a discount to be redeemed against the purchase of a new Blackcore server, in-lieu of returning the aged hardware. This service ensures that our clients' servers will be replaced seamlessly and at a discounted price.
Finally, after having honourably completed its two-year tour of non-stop active duty, we can then arrange for your retiring servers to be collected and recycled.
